Who Says Sobriety Can’t Be Fun?

Well, if not fun, then a little weird:

Arrr, you be seein' bears round these waters?

Arrr, you be seein’ bears round these waters?

I woke up early this morning and, after making a cup of coffee, saw the eye patch the kids play with. I grabbed the cap and the dagger, and thus a picture–perhaps a legend–was born.

With that, I bid you all another hang-over free good morning. Off to walk the dog. I haven’t decided whether or not to wear the hat and eye patch, but I’ll leave the dagger at home. Seems a wise decision.

Hi there. Thanks for reading and taking time to comment. Congrats on nearly a year sober! I’m getting there. I’d be happy to recommend some books. Do you mean sobriety and alcohol-related literature (not AA stuff) or different kinds of lit?
